this is our first biskut bar collaboration flavour!

meet sohini, our first collaborator, chef and supper club extraordinaire called smoke and lime. she has been working tirelessly to bring bangali flavours to london and now for the first time we are launching her distinct style in biscuit form! 

we are proud to celebrate her roots by using organic nigella seeds (kalo jeere), a spice synonymous with kolkata’s biscuit scene. we’ve matched the earthy, onion spice with lightly toasted and crushed organic cumin seeds and finishing it off with a sharp cheddar that adds deep umami, making it an undeniably moreish treat.

this salty sweet concoction is thick and perfect for dipping into a cup of chai. we are making a limited number of these so once we sell out, we will not be producing it again!
