Shipping policy

SHIPPING 

1. Where do you ship your products? Currently, we ship to mainland United Kingdom, EU/EEA, United States and Canada.

2. What are your shipping rates?

United Kingdom. Shipping options are 2nd class tracked £3.50 with a delivery period of 3-5 days or 1st class tracked £5 with a shipping time of 2-3 business days.

Europe.  Shipping for all goods have a flat rate of £14 with a standard shipping time of 5-7 business days. DUE TO BREXIT, THERE ARE NEW DUTIES AND IMPORT FEES TO BE PAID. BISKUT BAR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY EXTRA CHARGES OR FOR ANY CUSTOMS DELAYS SHOULD THEY OCCUR.  

United States. Shipping for all goods have a flat rate of £28 with a standard shipping time of 5-7 business days.

Canada. Shipping for all goods have a flat rate of £28 with a standard shipping time of 5-7 business days. BISKUT BAR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY EXTRA CHARGES OR FOR ANY CUSTOMS DELAYS SHOULD THEY OCCUR.

3. Will I be notified about my shipment? All items are shipped from London, England via tracked courier service. An email will be sent with a confirmation of the order and then again with tracking information. 

4. What if I didn't receive my order? biskut bar will assist in any manner possible. If the package is marked as delivered but has not been received by the customer, biskut bar cannot be held liable.
