a desi bakery staple, our pistachio milk biscuit, better known as PISTA MILK is both vegan and gluten free. it is a crunchy, nutty delight with a touch of candied mixed fruit peel in true Biskut Bar flare.
this is one of our larger biscuit packs, great for sharing. We use a bespoke mix of sorghum flour (a millet known for its regenerative farming properties), pistachio and regeneratively grown ground almond, our biscuits are hearty and highly nutritious, damn good treat!
