we are so proud to finally launch our one of a kind patiala mix! this mixed bag of masala spiced lotus seeds (makhana), nuts and nutrient packed seeds is dangerously addictive. 

our mix is dear and near to us because it has been passed down by our nina aunty from patiala, punjab. while we have always known aunty as nina dhundia, we honour her maiden name and matriarchal influence she (and many other women) has had on us. ms. khera is an exquisite home cook who has been a pivotal part of our childhood memories and trips to patiala. she has graciously shared her recipe for all of us to relish in, and in doing so we have named our version in her namesake. 

we have found that our spicy mix combines perfectly with a glass of cold beer or sweetened masala chai.

is there such thing as a super food indulgence? because that's what this is for us.
